What are 3 things you want to change this new year?
Think about this more along the lines of making improvements, don't use words like; stop, cut back, drop, give up or quit - these all have one thing in common, doing less or not doing it at all.
Tricking our brains into thinking that we can simply improve ourselves without seeing it as something hard to stop. It is all about perception and how better our lives would be if we focused on things to improve our overall quality.
And what if we all shared what we wanted to improve on? Doing it by yourself is harder, why not get some feedback and help others where they most need it?
So think about it. This time as something you want to improve on.
