Change. How is it possible that one word can evoke so many emotions? Excitement, apprehension, energy, fear. Change can be scary, but it can also be rewarding. Some of the biggest decisions in my life involved a lot of change. Moving to a new state, starting a family, switching careers. Making the decision to change and then taking the steps necessary was at times daunting; but I had help along the way which made it easier to stay motivated.
